Our new luxury 4-bed home comfortably sleeps 8. it is furnished and equipped to a very high standard The grand room with its vaulted ceiling is spacious and bright with comfortable seating, with a multi channel TV and CD stereo system and DVD player for your entertainment. Broadband Internet access is also available.

Dining Area / Grand Room

The family dining area adjoins the grand room and overlooks the deck area with views over the golf course.

Kitchen / Downstairs Cloakroom / Utility Room / Garage

The luxury kitchen has ample work surfaces and Is fitted with full size oven, hob, fridge freezer with Ice-maker; built in microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is a full range of appliances, and a table and 4 chairs for family eating.

There is a separate utility room with automatic washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board and hoover. There is a downstairs toilet, and a large double garage.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom opens from the lounge area. It contains a queen size bed and ample drawer space. There is a radio alarm clock, cordless phone and answering machine for the convenience of guests.

The en-suite opens off the bedroom, and contains a linen cupboard with spare towels and linens, a walk-in wardrobe in which there is a fixed safe for guests’ use. There are well lit twin basins and a large shower enclosure. A hair drier is provided.

Other Upstairs Accomodation

The upstairs accommodation comprises a double room and two twin rooms, each with drawer space and large walk in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower.

Swimming Pool

Access to the 24’x 12’ fully screened pool is by patio doors from the grand room. It is surrounded by an extended deck which enjoys full sun from mid-morning till sunset. Chairs, table, umbrella and sunbeds are provided. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced, and during the cooler season can be heated, and the temperature maintained by an easily applied pool blanket.

The uninterrupted views from the pool deck are unsurpassed. From the comfort of the seating or in the pool you can relax and watch the golfers in the two nearby bunkers, watch the wildlife, enjoy the sunset after a hard days golf or trip to Disney……..or simply watch the world go by
