All charges are inclusive of the 12% Florida state tax.
Prices are per night in pounds sterling or US dollars and
are subject to change without notice.

Please note there is a surcharge of £60/$95 for rentals of
fewer than
7 nights.
A security deposit of £250/$400 is required with balance of
payment
(returnable
within 14 days of vacating the villa.)

Booking Process
- Check availability of required dates by viewing booking
calendar or
enquire by phone or email.
- Send completed booking form either use the online form
or
download from the website, plus deposit once dates have been
confirmed.
- Payment may be made by cheque or Credit Card through
PayPal
- Confirmation and a statement of balance of payment
will be sent
within 4 – 7 days of receipt of booking form.
