All charges are inclusive of the 12% Florida state tax.

Prices are per week in pounds sterling or US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Pool heating (if required) is £90 / $140 per week - inclusive of tax.

Please note there is a surcharge of £50 / $75 for rentals of fewer than 7 nights.

Discounts for long lets are at the owners’ discretion. Please ask us.

Booking Process

• Check availability of required dates by viewing bookings calendar or enquire by phone or email.
• Send completed booking form either use the online form or download from the website, plus deposit once dates have been confirmed.
• Confirmation and a statement of balance of payment will be sent within 4-7 days of receipt of booking form.
