Imagine sitting on an enlarged sun filled pool deck from around 10am right through to sunset. The deck is elevated and views of the Seventh and Eighths fairways are unsurpassed.

The SW facing pool deck is privately screened from the neighbours.   A Gas BBQ is provided.  There are 4 sun loungers, table, 4 chairs and two padded stools for your relaxation.  The covered lanai with ceiling fan provides welcome shade when needed.

So relax with a cup of your favourite beverage……and watch the golfers….the sunset…the wildlife….and just breathe in the moment…..enjoy!

Our villa is a lovely 2 storey 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom home from home fully equipped with everything you could need to cater for the perfect holiday.

Entrance hallway

The entrance to this beautifully maintained villa leads into a spacious great room with its vaulted ceilings.  It is comfortably furnished with the interior completely redecorated and re-carpeted.  The entrance hallway also leads off to the fully fitted luxury kitchen with dining area on the left.

Family Room 

The family room has an entertainment centre complete with large Plasma cable TV, DVD player and CD tower unit.  We have a large selection of books for your holiday reading, board games and a selection of DVD’s and CD’s.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen with good quality appliances including a full height fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, full-size oven microwave and waste disposal unit, ample pots, pans and crockery.  To the back of the kitchen is the pleasant breakfast nook seating 4 with pleasant views over the front landscaping.

Dining Area

The dining area can be viewed from the kitchen and is adjacent to the lounge, designed to seat 6 at the table

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has been tastefully refurbished with a king-size bedroom suite and includes a flat screen television and ceiling fan.  It is situated on the ground floor with views overlooking the pool area to the golf course.  There is a walk in wardrobe and safe for guest’s added security.  The en-suite is fitted with his and hers sink units and a large double walk-in shower and WC.  A hairdryer is also provided.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is fitted with a washing machine and tumbler dryer, ironing board, iron, airer and vacuum cleaner.  Separate towels for use by the pool are also stored here.

Half Bathroom

A WC and washbasin is also located just before the laundry room.

Games room 

The garage leads from the laundry area and has been converted to a games room with table tennis, air hockey, table foosball, darts and a pool table.  We have added a PS2 with several games and games chairs for your gaming pleasure.

Upstairs Bedrooms

Along the galleried landing there are three further bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and two with twin bedded rooms.  There are ceiling fans and TV’s in all bedrooms.

Upstairs Family Bathroom

There is a full size family bath and shower room close to the bedrooms on the upper floor.  All bed linen and towels are provided.  There is another hairdryer on this floor.

Large Pool & Pool Deck

The covered lanai with ceiling fan off the family room through patio doors ( alarmed for the safety of young children) leads to the swimming pool ( 24ft x 12ft) with large pool deck to give extra space for family relaxation.   The pool can be heated if required at extra cost.  There are 4 sun beds, 4 padded chairs, 2 padded stools and a parasol

Separate pool towels are also supplied.

A 4 burner Gas BBQ is provided free of charge, however gas cylinders may occasionally need to be replenished which are available at extra cost from the local gas station by Publix.

We are constantly updating our home for our guests comfort.  We will do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable.

Welcome food parcels can be ordered in advance.  Please request information on this if required.

Park Tickets for guests staying in our villa can also be requested in advance but will need to be purchased before arrival through our management company.  Tickets purchased will be in the villa on arrival.  I understand that their rates are excellent.  Please ask for details if required.

Walking Distance to Shops, Restaurants & Bars is 20 – 25 minutes.  By car 2 minutes.
